AGREEMENT

Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or ask Stanford Global to support a UK visa application. Last updated 16 October 2026.

The service

Stanford Global provides application support: advice on visa choice, document preparation, completing the online application with you, and appointment booking. The support charge is AED 400 per application. Government visa fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, translations, insurance and optional VFS services are separate and are paid to the organisation that charges them.

Your responsibilities

The information you give us must be true and complete, and the documents must be yours and genuine. You remain responsible for the content of your application, for attending your appointment, and for any statement you sign or submit.

Who decides

UK Visas & Immigration decides every application and sets the rules, fees and processing times. VFS Global runs the biometrics appointment. Stanford cannot influence a decision, speed up UKVI, or guarantee an outcome. Support fees are charged for the work done, not for a result.

Information on this site

Fees and rules were checked against official sources on 13 October 2026 and change without notice. Figures in AED are estimates for budgeting; UKVI charges in pounds. Content is general information, not legal advice, and does not create a client relationship until we agree to act for you.

Using this website

You may use this site for your own visa research. Please do not copy, republish or resell our content, checklists or branding. Third-party links take you to sites we do not control.

Liability

Stanford takes reasonable care in preparing your application. We are not liable for a UKVI refusal or delay, for costs caused by incorrect information supplied to us, or for losses beyond the support fee you paid us.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version will always sit at this address. Ask questions on WhatsApp at wa.me/971586482332 or call +971 58 648 2332.
