Refund policy
Every cost on a UK visa application goes to a different organisation, so refunds follow different rules. Last updated 16 October 2026.
Stanford support charge — AED 400
This fee pays for the preparation work we do, and it is never taken through this website. If you cancel before we start preparing your file, the support charge is refunded. Once preparation has begun, we tell you in writing what has already been done and what, if anything, can be returned before you continue. Nothing is charged without your agreement first.
UK government fees and the health charge
The visa fee and the Immigration Health Surcharge are paid to UK Visas & Immigration, not to Stanford. Once submitted, UKVI keeps the fee in most circumstances, including when an application is refused or withdrawn late. Any refund UKVI does allow is issued by UKVI under its own rules and returned to the card that paid — we cannot reverse it ourselves.
VFS Global charges
The standard biometrics appointment in Dubai is included in our support. Optional VFS services — such as priority processing at the fee shown in pricing, or add-on services bought on the VFS booking page — follow VFS Global's own terms and are refunded, if at all, by VFS.
How to ask for a refund
Message us on WhatsApp with your name and the visa you applied for. We confirm in writing what is refundable, who is issuing it, and the expected timescale.
Priority services buy a faster decision, not a different outcome. Government fee and VFS refund rules can change; check the official page you paid on for the current terms.
