What we collect

This website has no sign-up, no account and no form that stores details on a server. The visa checklist runs entirely in your browser: what you tick stays on your device and the PDF is created on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

We only receive what you choose to send us when you contact Stanford — normally your name, nationality, residence status, travel or study plans and the documents you share for review, through WhatsApp or a phone call.

Why we hold it

To advise which UK visa fits your situation, prepare your application and documents, book your appointment and support you until a decision is made. We use your information for your application and nothing else.

Who sees it

UK Visas & Immigration and VFS Global receive the information required to process your application. If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp and Meta under their own privacy policy. We do not sell your information and do not add you to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

We keep your file while your application is being prepared and decided, and afterwards only as long as needed for our own records. You can ask us to delete your file at any time.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm in writing. You can also stop contacting us at any time.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not ask for cookie consent because it does not place tracking cookies of its own. Hosting or WhatsApp may use their own cookies once you leave this page.
